10.00am View VIS Sprint Team training session.
Eat light meal 1½ hours before training session.
Bring bike, bag and drink through front door and down stairs to infield.
12.45am Briefing at infield.
1.00pm Warmup begins.
Experienced riders will warm up on small gear and then change to large gear for efforts.
Bring some simple snacks and drink to use between efforts.
Have a post training recovery meal available to eat prior to travelling home (simple carbohydrate).
Bowls Café may be open for support staff : light meals & drinks.
All riders must have their track bikes, pedals and cleats checked by Tony prior to this date:
